Note: We require orders to be placed at least TWO WEEKS prior to desired delivery date. All of our desserts fresh and made-to-order.

 

Delivery:

  • Delivery is provided by driver of NewnyPooh Cupcakes & Cakes messenger service.

  • Delivery may arrive up to 4 hours prior to the time selected.

  • Deliveries before noon may be additional fee.

  • Delivery Fee is $0.55 per mile for ROUND TRIP for Los Angeles and Orange County areas

  • Delivery Fee is $0.75 per mile for ROUND TRIP for San Diego County area

Disclaimer: ONCE delivery has been accepted at designated location (by client, friend, bell desk, concierge or otherwise) NEWNYPOOH CUPCAKES is released from ANY and ALL responsibility.

Baker cannot be held responsible for anything that should happen to cake once delivery is complete. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 75 degrees and higher may have drastic affects on any cake and cupcakes!

NewnyPooh Cupcakes & Cakes Terms and Conditions
 

  • Cancellations: must be made 14 days prior to the delivery date, which after 100% of total monies is forfeited and cannot be used toward any future cake purchases!

  • Refunds:  We make every effort to protect your cupcakes & cakes from damage during delivery and that they arrive as beautiful and delicious as possible. Any damage that is incurred during delivery must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Pick Up Waiver: If you choose to pick up your cake, NewnyPooh Cupcakes & Cakes cannot be responsible for damage to any cake and cupcakes once it has left our shop. ANY repairs or additional cakes will be subject to additional fees.

  • Photo Rights: On occasion, NewnyPooh Cupcakes & Cakes will take photographs of its cakes and or may order copies of pictures from your photographer. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to use any photography for our own reference or for display and or promotion without compensation to you.

  • Wedding Cakes & Specialty Cakes are PRICED per serving. Pricing may vary depending on decorating details.
